How do I request a quote?
If you click the 'Request a Quote' button on the product page. You will then be re-directed to our online quote form. From there you will be required to fill out the necessary information.
How does the ordering process work?
After you submit a quote, our logistics team will review and determine the transport costs. We'll then email you a full quotation. If you're satisfied with the quote, you can click 'Accept'. For in-stock buildings, we'll send you an invoice for the total amount. If the product has a lead time, we'll invoice you for a 50% deposit, you'll then be required to pay the remaining 50% five weeks out from delivery.
How do I find my quote ID?
Once you have submitted your quote request, you will receive a 'Thank-you' email shortly after with a quote ID included in it.
How long does delivery take once an order is placed?
This depends on the product you have order, if the product is in stock we can schedule it for transport within 1-2 days. However, some products do have 15 week lead time.
