Complete with a provision for a dishwasher and a stainless steel sink, it offers both style and functionality. Mini Kitchenette
The utility includes a mini kitchenette with a sink and cabinets. Featuring a smooth 20mm quartz counter (0% Silica) with a stainless steel sink and chrome fittings. It also comes with provisional space for a fridge and dishwasher.
Non-Migratory Cables
Non-migratory cables are designed to prevent the migration of materials, such as insulating substances, especially under extreme conditions like fire or environmental stress. This feature is crucial for enhancing fire safety, as it prevents the spread of hazardous fumes, flames, or toxic substances in the event of a fire. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).
Pre-Plumbed
The building is delivered pre-plumbed with the kitchen waste and inlets plumbed through the back of the building. You will require a qualified plumber to connect the building to existing services.
2.4m Internal Ceiling
The 2.4m internal ceiling height is thoughtfully designed to provide optimal space, enhancing the sense of openness and comfort within the cabin. This taller ceiling height creates a comfortable living experience while adding a modern and expansive feel to the cabin’s design.

Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid/Semi-Trailer
Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
