Steel Frame

Featuring a steel frame ensuring structural integrity and stability. Engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions and the rigors of transportation, the steel frame provides a secure foundation for the entire structure.

Mini Kitchenette

The utility includes a mini kitchenette with a sink and cabinets. Featuring a smooth 20mm quartz counter (0% Silica) with a stainless steel sink and chrome fittings. It also comes with provisional space for a fridge and dishwasher.

Non-Migratory Cables

Pre-wired electrical system using non-migratory sheathed cabling for durability and safety. Specialised purple sheathing prevents chemical reactions with insulated panels, avoiding premature deterioration, while reducing the risk of hazardous fumes or flame spread. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).

Pre-Plumbed

The building comes pre-plumbed with the toilet and vanity waste plumbed through the side of the building, along with the inlets. The shower and kitchen waste is plumbed underneath the building meaning that the building will need to be elevated (approx. 500mm) in order to allow access for plumbing.

Electrical Australian Standard electrical products are installed and/or supplied. The building is sold in accordance with the Electrical AS3000 standards and electrical items carry the RCM logo which meets the Australian electrical safety regulations. The customer's qualified electrician is to complete the hardwired electrical supply to the building, complete electrical fit off (if required) and test the installation according to AS3000.

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload

Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away

Rigid/Semi-Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
