This prefabricated pod features a spacious interior, fluorocarbon insulated walls, LED downlights, awning windows with flyscreen, double-glazed windows and USB power points. Air conditioning units can be purchased at an additional cost.

Description

The 4m Spacee Lite is a portable pod, built using structural steel and fluorocarbon. The windows are double-glazed and add to the overall  insulation of the pod. The open floor plan allows you to design the interior to your own liking, whether that be an office, accommodation unit or home gym.

The base of the pod has a steel chassis which has two built-in forklift pockets at the front and back for easy transportation, additionally, the building comes with four adjustable feet that helps keep the building level. On the exterior of the pod there is an electrical connection that allows you to connect the pod to the mains.

We also have a 4m office pod which comes with an office area, bathroom and pop-out bed.

Electrical & Plumbing The customer must engage a licenced Plumber and Electrician to carry out any plumbing and electrical work

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid/Semi-Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
