3m Spacee Open Plan

The 3m Spacee Lite is an open-plan pod manufactured from structural steel and Fluorocarbon. With double-glazed, soundproof windows for optimal insulation, this pod can be used as an accommodation unit or a personal work studio.

Featuring adjustable feet that can help level the building and can be adjusted up to 150mm. Awning windows that can be easily opened and closed, whilst being designed for optimal ventilation. With power points you can set-up electrical appliances, there is also LED downlights which consume less energy, have a longer lifespan, and emit bright, uniform light adding to the overall aesthetics of the unit.

The steel chassis at the bottom features two built-in openings at the front and back facilitating easy lifting, transportation, and manoeuvring. The adjustable feet can extend up to 50mm which can help level and stabilise the building. On the exterior of the pod there is an electrical connection that allows you to connect the pod to the mains, providing a reliable source of power for various appliances and systems within the pod.
