The 3m Spacee Lite is a prefabricated pod manufactured from structural steel & fluorocarbon. The double-glazed windows offer excellent insulation benefits. Featuring built-in cabinetry with strip LED lighting that adds to the interior aesthetics of the pod office.
With overhead cabinets, side cabinets, and three pull-out drawers, the outdoor office pod offers plenty of storage options for all the office essentials. Featuring power points allowing you to plug all your electrical appliances in, one awning window that is easily opened and closed.
Additionally, the LED downlights enhance the overall aesthetics of the unit. The exterior includes an electrical connection that enables you to link the pod to the main power supply.
We also have a 3m Open Plan Pod which comes empty, allowing you to design your own internal layout.

Awning Windows
Designed to maximise ventilation while providing protection from the elements. The awning-style opening mechanism allows for ventilation even during light rain, as the window can be partially opened without letting precipitation inside.
Non-Migratory Cables
Pre-wired electrical system using non-migratory sheathed cabling for durability and safety. Specialised purple sheathing prevents chemical reactions with insulated panels, avoiding premature deterioration, while reducing the risk of hazardous fumes or flame spread. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).
Power Points

Transport
Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi-Trailer
Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload

If any of our Products are purchased together with our Trailers, they are considered as a Caravan (movable dwelling) and can be conveniently installed in numerous Councils without requiring approval from the council.
