Expandable homes are delivered pre-fabricated and will require a crane to offload onto the site. It can be easily unfolded and expanded to create a spacious living area. With the ability to expand up to 72 square meters (or 775 square feet), offering significant potential for creating a comfortable and versatile living space. We do offer a smaller option in our 20ft tiny homes which can expand to 36 square meters (387 square feet).
