Non-migratory Cable
Pre-wired system using non-migratory sheathing to prevent cable degradation caused by reactions with insulated panels. Purple sheathing ensures material stability. All electrical components comply with EESS certification standards.

The roof’s overhanging edges protect against the elements, shielding walls, doors, and windows from rain and sun while directing water away to prevent moisture build-up and damage.

Pre-plumbed
The building comes pre-plumbed with hot and cold water, vanity, and waste connections routed through the back of the building. You will require a qualified plumber to connect these services to the property.

We offer a variety of kitchen designs, from L-shape to U-shape, all featuring sleek stone benchtops with 0% silica, a stainless steel sink and chrome fittings. Each kitchen is equipped with both base and overhead cabinetry for maximum storage and style.

Heading
Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer
Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload

If any of our Products are purchased together with our Trailers, they are considered as a Caravan (movable dwelling) and could be conveniently installed in numerous Councils without requiring approval from the council.
