Description

Built using a steel frame that has been epoxy treated and acrylic painted ensuring long-lasting resilience against corrosion and wear, providing a sturdy foundation for the entire structure of the fold-out home. Featuring a glass and lockable aluminium entry door, ensuring security while welcoming natural light. Aluminium double-glazed windows with fly screens provide ventilation and insulation, complementing the modern aesthetic.

The roof comes with glass-wool insulation and galvanised, painted steel, guaranteeing optimal temperature regulation and protection against the elements. Additionally, 75mm EPS sandwich panels contribute to energy efficiency and thermal comfort, creating a cosy living environment. The water and insect-resistant magnesium concrete composite floor ensures stability and resilience and comes with a timber-looking PVC vinyl covering.

In the kitchen, soft-closing cabinets and overhead cabinets offer ample storage space, while a stainless-steel sink and tap. Featuring a 20mm quartz stone benchtop which is an extremely popular choice for kitchen and bathroom countertops due to their durability, versatility, and aesthetic appeal.

The bathroom features a full-width shower with a shower rail, rainmaker shower head, and frosted privacy glass door, while the soft-close toilet lid adds a touch of luxury. Completing the bathroom ensemble is a sink with a stainless-steel tap and a vanity with a mirror.

Please Note: Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
