The four-bedroom expandable container home is engineered with a steel frame, treated to resist corrosion and wear, ensuring enduring strength. The walls are made from 75mm EPS sandwich panels and the roof uses 50mm EPS panels.
The glass and lockable aluminium entry door, along with aluminium double-glazed windows, not only invite natural light but also provide enhanced ventilation and insulation, adding to its contemporary charm.
The roof, reinforced with galvanised, painted steel and insulated with glass wool, guarantees optimal temperature control and protection from the elements. Inside, 75mm EPS sandwich panels enhance energy efficiency, creating a cosy atmosphere. The water and insect-resistant magnesium concrete composite floor, finished with timber-looking PVC vinyl, ensures stability and durability.
The kitchen comes with soft-closing cabinets, ample storage, and steel fixtures. While the marble look laminate benchtop offers both durability and elegance. In the bathroom, a full-width shower with a rainmaker shower head and frosted privacy glass door provide luxury, complemented by steel fittings.
Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.
