A 40ft expandable container home that comes with four bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living area. A prefabricated mobile home that expands up to 72m² once unfolded. Footing plans are designed and tailored for each individual customer.

Description

The four-bedroom expandable container home is engineered with a steel frame, treated to resist corrosion and wear, ensuring enduring strength. The walls are made from 75mm EPS sandwich panels and the roof uses 50mm EPS panels.

The glass and lockable aluminium entry door, along with aluminium double-glazed windows, not only invite natural light but also provide enhanced ventilation and insulation, adding to its contemporary charm.

The roof, reinforced with galvanised, painted steel and insulated with glass wool, guarantees optimal temperature control and protection from the elements. Inside, 75mm EPS sandwich panels enhance energy efficiency, creating a cosy atmosphere. The water and insect-resistant magnesium concrete composite floor, finished with timber-looking PVC vinyl, ensures stability and durability.

The kitchen comes with soft-closing cabinets, ample storage, and steel fixtures. While the marble look laminate benchtop offers both durability and elegance. In the bathroom, a full-width shower with a rainmaker shower head and frosted privacy glass door provide luxury, complemented by steel fittings.

Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

Roof Covering

Featuring a one-piece roof covering made from fibre reinforced plastic offering a seamless finish, preventing roof leaks. It's sleek design enhances durability, ensures weather resistance, and offers a modern, low-maintenance solution built to last.

Non-migratory Cable

The building comes pre-wired and uses non-migratory sheathing ensuring reliable performance and longevity. The purple sheathing prevents the chemical reaction that would typically cause a standard white cable to deteriorate when in contact with various types of insulated panels. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).

Roof Eaves

The roof eaves of the building feature a 175mm overhang, providing additional protection against rain. It also offers improved insulation by allowing rainwater to run off more efficiently, preventing moisture build-up around the structure. Guttering can be installed.

Equipped Bathroom

A fully equipped bathroom designed for convenience and style, featuring a toilet, shower, mirror, cabinetry, and a sleek vanity. Optional washing machine space.

Pre-plumbed

The building comes pre-plumbed with hot and cold water, vanity, and waste connections routed through the back of the building. You will require a qualified plumber to connect these services to the property.

Kitchen Designs

We offer a variety of kitchen designs, from L-shape to U-shape, all featuring sleek stone benchtops with 0% silica, a stainless steel sink and chrome fittings. Each kitchen is equipped with both base and overhead cabinetry for maximum storage and style.

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
