Built on a solid foundation, the steel frame serves as the backbone, ensuring unwavering structural integrity. The walls and ceilings feature 75mm EPS galvanized steel sandwich panels, providing a robust and thermally efficient enclosure.
Within the expandable home, the doors stand as resilient structures supported by aluminium frames, while the windows boast double-glazed tempered glass. Enhancing the interior aesthetics, ceiling and floor skirting board trim, accompanied by corner trim and capping, add a finishing touch. Inside, the floor comprises an 18mm fibre cement subfloor board base, pre-fitted onto a robust steel frame and topped with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) layer for a sleek finish.
The building arrives pre-plumbed and pre-wired, requiring the expertise of a qualified electrician and plumber for secure connection and plumbing upon delivery.
Please Note: Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
