Description
The 35m² Portable Expander has been constructed using a structural steel frame which has been epoxy treated & acrylic painted (dark grey) to help protect against corrosion. The sub-floor is a 16mm magnesium concrete composite which is water, rot, and insect resistant, topped with with a 2mm vinyl timber pattern available in either grey or brown, adding both aesthetic charm and practicality to the flooring.
The walls are manufactured using 75mm Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) panels with an off-white finish on the interior. Built in to the EPS panel walls are double-glazed windows with a decorative cottage feature, supported by aluminium frames with sliding PVC panes. The glass side option consists of 5 fixed double-glazing panels in a black aluminium frame.
The bathroom comes with all equipment supplied loose in a box, therefore it is the customers responsibility to install. Equipment included:

- Vanity & Sink
- Walls (pre-installed)
Please Note: Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer
Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
