This portable pod features a pop-out bed, spacious interior, fluorocarbon insulated walls, LED downlights, awning windows with flyscreen, double-glazed windows and power points. Air conditioning units can be purchased at an additional cost.

Description

The 4m Spacee Lite Pop-Out Bed & Bathroom is an extremely popular backyard office pod. During the day the bed can be folded up and pushed back into the drawer freeing up space for an office. The pod comes with built-in shelves and cabinets that can be used for storing all your essentials.

Featuring power points allowing you to connect and charge electrical appliances, a built-in bathroom with a toilet, shower & mixer tapware. There is one awning window with a flyscreen to allow for ventilation.

At the base of the pod is a structural steel chassis which features two forklift pockets at the front and back, alone with four adjustable feet in the corners which can be adjusted up to 50mm.

We also have another 4m office booth with a slightly different interior design or a 4m portable pod with an open plan option.

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
