Constructed with a steel frame treated with epoxy and acrylic paint for enduring resilience against corrosion and wear, our mobile home boasts a sturdy foundation. The walls are made from 75mm EPS sandwich panels and the roof uses 50mm EPS panels.
Security is ensured by a glass and lockable aluminium entry door, inviting natural light while maintaining safety. Aluminium double-glazed windows with fly screens provide ventilation and insulation, enhancing the modern aesthetic.
The roof is equipped with glass-wool insulation and galvanized, painted steel, guaranteeing optimal temperature regulation and protection against the elements. Furthermore, the internal walls are made from 75mm EPS sandwich panels. The water and insect-resistant magnesium concrete composite floor ensures stability and resilience, complemented by a timber-looking PVC vinyl covering.
The bedrooms come with space for wardrobes, LED downlights and two electrical sockets. In between the two bedrooms is a dedicated laundry room with a built-in stainless steel sink and provisional space for a washing machine.
In the kitchen, soft-closing cabinets and overhead storage offer ample space, accompanied by a stainless-steel sink and tap.
The bathroom boasts a full-width shower with a shower rail, rainmaker shower head, and frosted privacy glass door, complemented by a soft-close toilet lid for added luxury. Completing the ensemble is a sink with a stainless-steel tap and a vanity featuring a mirror.

The building comes pre-wired and uses non-migratory sheathing ensuring reliable performance and longevity. The purple sheathing prevents the chemical reaction that would typically cause a standard white cable to deteriorate when in contact with various types of insulated panels. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).
The roof eaves of the building feature a 175mm overhang, providing additional protection against rain. It also offers improved insulation by allowing rainwater to run off more efficiently, preventing moisture build-up around the structure. Guttering can be installed.

The building comes pre-plumbed with hot and cold water, vanity, and waste connections routed through the back of the building. You will require a qualified plumber to connect these services to the property.
We offer a variety of kitchen designs, from L-shape to U-shape, all featuring sleek stone benchtops with 0% silica, a stainless steel sink and chrome fittings. Each kitchen is equipped with both base and overhead cabinetry for maximum storage and style.
