Steel Frame

Built with a sturdy steel frame painted in a sleek dark grey epoxy finish. This steel frame not only provides exceptional durability but also adds a touch of modern elegance to your living space. It's the perfect blend of strength and style.

Flooring

The sub-floor on the portable building is constructed using 16mm glass magnesium board which boasts superior fire, thermal and acoustic properties. It is finished with a decorative 2mm wear-resistant vinyl floor covering.

Insulation

The Expander features thermally efficient roof and walls made with advanced 50mm EPS panels. These panels ensure that your living space remains cosy and snug with the added bonus of double glazed windows and doors. Enjoy energy savings and a comfortable living environment year-round.

Please Note: Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
