Description

The U-shaped kitchen maximises space and efficiency, offering ample counter space for meal preparation. It includes a spot for a dishwasher, a pantry, and a double sink. A large awning window opposite the sink lets in plenty of natural light and provides a pleasant outdoor view, making cooking an enjoyable experience.

Next to the kitchen is an open-plan dining area, perfect for family gatherings, and a cosy living area ideal for relaxation. The bathroom comes complete with a shower, toilet, and vanity, offering all the essentials in a spacious, stylish layout.

Roof Eaves

The roof eaves of the building feature a 175mm overhang, providing additional protection against rain. It also offers improved insulation by allowing rainwater to run off more efficiently, preventing moisture build-up around the structure. Guttering can be installed.

Gas Struts

Non-Migratory Cables

Non-migratory cables are designed to prevent the migration of materials, such as insulating substances, especially under extreme conditions like fire or environmental stress. This feature is crucial for enhancing fire safety, as it prevents the spread of hazardous fumes, flames, or toxic substances in the event of a fire. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
