Description
A portable prefabricated office pod with bathroom that is manufactured using structural steel and fluorocarbon. Featuring a built-in bathroom with a vanity basin, toilet, and shower. An office space with built-in overhead cabinets, desk, and drawers. Additionally, there is space for a bed for those who wish to transform the pod into a spare bedroom. With double-glazed windows, LED downlights, power points, fluorocarbon walls and two awning windows the pod has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient unit.
At the base of the pod is a structural steel chassis which features two forklift pockets at the front and back, along with four adjustable feet in the corners which can be adjusted up to 50mm.
We also have a 6m Portable Pod which comes empty, allowing you to design the internal layout.

All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).

Transport
Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt- Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
