Key Features
Mini Kitchenette
A small kitchenette with a smooth 20mm quartz counter (0% Silica), a stainless steel sink and provisional space for a washing machine. It's compact yet practical, making cooking and cleaning easy in this cosy space.
Built-in Bathroom
The bathroom comes with a soft-flushing toilet, shower, vanity basin, mixer tap, mirror and a storage cabinetry. Featuring a sleek and modern marble like shower panel that adds to the overall aesthetics.
Pre-Plumbed
The building comes pre-plumbed with the toilet and vanity waste plumbed through the side of the building, along with the inlets. The shower and kitchen waste is plumbed underneath the building meaning that the building will need to be elevated (approx. 500mm) in order to allow access for plumbing.
LED Downlights
LED downlights are a stylish and energy-efficient lighting solution, designed to brighten your space while helping you save on energy costs. With their sleek, modern design, LED downlights offer a clean and unobtrusive look that complements any décor.
Hard-Wired Smoke Alarm
This building features a hard-wired smoke alarm connected to the main power, ensuring continuous operation. This provides 24/7 fire safety and peace of mind, offering reliable protection for your home
Steel Frame
Featuring a steel frame ensuring structural integrity and stability. Engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions and the rigors of transportation, the steel frame provides a secure foundation for the entire structure.
Open Floor Plan
This adaptable design offers flexible furniture arrangements and the ability to customise your space to perfectly match your lifestyle. It allows you to tailor your building to your unique needs and preferences, ensuring both functionality and personal comfort.
Non-Migratory Cables
Pre-wired electrical system using non-migratory sheathed cabling for durability and safety. Specialised purple sheathing prevents chemical reactions with insulated panels, avoiding premature deterioration, while reducing the risk of hazardous fumes or flame spread. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).
Glass Panels
The buildings double-glazed glass panels bring a sleek, modern touch to your home, flooding the space with natural light and creating an open, airy atmosphere. These panels make a striking feature, adding elegance and style while enhancing the overall aesthetic of your living space.
2.4m Internal Ceiling
The 2.4m internal ceiling height is thoughtfully designed to provide optimal space, enhancing the sense of openness and comfort within the cabin. This taller ceiling height creates a comfortable living experience while adding a modern and expansive feel to the cabin’s design.
