Featuring a steel frame and EPS panel walls 'The Cabin' is a versatile 6m Cabin that can be used as an accommodation unit, home office or personal work studio. At the front of the portable cabin is a double-glazed sliding door that acts as the main entry point into the building. The kitchen benchtop is manufactured from engineered stone with zero silica (test certificate supplied ) with a stainless steel sink and cabinets below it for storage. There are also two double-glazed awning windows in the unit, one at the front and one at the back of the unit.
The bathroom comes with a soft-flushing toilet, shower, ceramic vanity basin, mixer tap, mirror and a storage cabinetry. Featuring a sleek and modern marble like shower panel that adds to the overall aesthetics.
Please Note: the toilet and vanity waste is plumbed through the side of the building, along with the inlets. The shower and kitchen waste is plumbed underneath the building meaning that the building will need to be elevated (approx. 500mm) in order to allow access for plumbing.

Non-Migratory Cables
Pre-wired electrical system using non-migratory sheathed cabling for durability and safety. Specialised purple sheathing prevents chemical reactions with insulated panels, avoiding premature deterioration, while reducing the risk of hazardous fumes or flame spread. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).

Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
