A 40ft two bedroom tiny home that unfolds to an expansive 72m². Featuring a 2.4m internal ceiling height.

Description

Constructed with a structural steel frame treated with epoxy and acrylic paint for enduring resilience against corrosion and wear, our three-bedroom fold-out home stands as a testament to robust construction. Its glass and lockable aluminium entry door provides both security and a welcoming infusion of natural light, seamlessly complemented by aluminium double-glazed windows featuring fly screens for enhanced ventilation and insulation, elevating its contemporary design.

The roof, insulated with glass wool and fortified with galvanised, painted steel, delivers optimal temperature regulation and steadfast protection against the elements. Augmenting its energy efficiency and thermal comfort are 75mm EPS sandwich panels, fostering a cosy living ambiance. The water and insect-resistant magnesium concrete composite floor, enveloped in timber-looking PVC vinyl, assures unwavering stability and longevity.

Within the kitchen, soft-closing cabinets and overhead storage offer generous capacity, accompanied by a stainless-steel sink and tap. Adorning the kitchen and bathroom countertops is a marble look laminate benchtop, renowned for its unparalleled durability and aesthetic allure.

The bathroom showcases a full-width shower adorned with a shower rail, rainmaker shower head, and frosted privacy glass door, complemented by a soft-close toilet lid for an added touch of opulence. The ensemble is rounded off by a sink featuring a stainless-steel tap and a vanity complete with a mirror, epitomising functionality and sophistication.

The internal floor to ceiling height is 2.4m.

Please Note: Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

The building must be installed a minimum 500mm above ground allowing enough access for a plumber to connect fittings.
