Description
Built on a strong foundation, the steel frame ensures lasting structural integrity for the two-bedroom relocatable home. Walls and ceilings use 75mm EPS galvanized steel sandwich panels for a sturdy and thermally efficient enclosure. Inside, durable doors with aluminium frames and windows with double-glazed tempered glass enhance the expandable home. Stylish touches include ceiling and floor skirting board trim, along with corner trim and capping.
Internally, the floor comprises an 18mm fibre cement subfloor board base, pre-fitted onto a sturdy steel frame and finished with a sleek polyvinyl chloride (PVC) layer. Notably, this floor plan sacrifices a living room or dinning area. However, we do have a slightly different floor plan with a dinning or living room area with our 20ft Expandable Home - 3 Bedroom - Type B
The building comes pre-plumbed and pre-wired, requiring a qualified electrician and plumber for secure connection and plumbing upon delivery.
The internal floor to ceiling height is 2.4m.
Please Note: Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.
The building must be installed a minimum 500mm above ground allowing enough access for a plumber to connect fittings.

Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away

If any of our Products are purchased together with our Trailers, they are considered as a Caravan (movable dwelling) and could be conveniently installed in numerous Councils without requiring approval from the council.
