The walls are made from 75mm EPS sandwich panels and the roof uses 50mm EPS panels for a sturdy and thermally efficient enclosure. Inside, durable doors with aluminium frames and windows with double-glazed tempered glass enhance the expandable home. Stylish touches include ceiling and floor skirting board trim, along with corner trim and capping.
Internally, the floor comprises an 18mm fibre cement subfloor board base, pre-fitted onto a sturdy steel frame and finished with a sleek polyvinyl chloride (PVC) layer. Notably, this floor plan sacrifices a living room or dinning area. The building comes pre-plumbed and pre-wired, requiring a qualified electrician and plumber for secure connection and plumbing upon delivery.
Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).
The roof eaves of the building feature a 175mm overhang, providing additional protection against rain. It also offers improved insulation by allowing rainwater to run off more efficiently, preventing moisture build-up around the structure. Guttering can be installed.

The building comes pre-plumbed with hot and cold water, vanity, and waste connections routed through the back of the building. You will require a qualified plumber to connect these services to the property.
