The Utility X is a 6m portable laundry room that can be easily transported. It features an engineered stone benchtop with zero silica (test certificate supplied) and two built-in stainless steel sinks at either end, complemented by cabinets below for storage. There is also provisional space for a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Additionally, the laundry room includes built-in bathrooms at both ends. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, mixer taps, vanity basin, storage cabinets, mirror, and toilet. Perfect for those seeking a convenient laundry space, The portable laundry provides an all-in-one solution that maximises efficiency and functionality.

Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid/Semi-Trailer
Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
