The Utility X presents a 6m portable laundry room, easily transportable for utmost convenience. Featuring a laundry and two built-in bathrooms.

Description

The Utility X is a 6m portable laundry room that can be easily transported. It features an engineered stone benchtop with zero silica (test certificate supplied) and two built-in stainless steel sinks at either end, complemented by cabinets below for storage. There is also provisional space for a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Additionally, the laundry room includes built-in bathrooms at both ends. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, mixer taps, vanity basin, storage cabinets, mirror, and toilet. Perfect for those seeking a convenient laundry space, The portable laundry provides an all-in-one solution that maximises efficiency and functionality.

Please Note: the toilet and vanity waste is plumbed through the back of the building, along with the inlets. The shower waste is plumbed underneath the building meaning that the building will need to be elevated (approx. 500mm) in order to allow access for plumbing.

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid/Semi-Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
