Description
Featuring a steel frame helping ensure the structural integrity of the building. The walls are made from 75mm EPS sandwich panels and the roof uses 50mm EPS panels. The doors inside the relocatable home are extremely robust and are supported with aluminium frames, whilst the windows are made from double-glazed tempered glass.
The interior is adorned with ceiling and floor skirting board trim, complemented by corner trim and capping. The floor on the interior is made from 18mm fibre cement subfloor board base, pre-fitted to a sturdy steel frame with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) top layer. The open-plan option allows you to structure and design the interior to your own preference.
The building is delivered pre-plumbed and pre-wired therefore the customer will require a qualified electrician and plumber to safely connect and plumb the building.
Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer
Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
