Description

This 80ft expandable container home is constructed from a steel frame treated with epoxy and acrylic paint for long-lasting resilience against corrosion. It features a pitched roof and full glass entrance, adding a touch of modern elegance while welcoming natural light into the living space.

Key Features:

  • Pitched Roof - The pitched roof is manufactured from a galvanized steel plate with fiberglass reinforcement and features a 10-degree angle, enhancing the building’s aesthetics. The design ensures efficient drainage, with roof eaves extending 180mm beyond the walls to protect the exterior from rain, snow, and sunlight.

  • Link Module - This unique design consists of one 40ft Expandable Home with two 20ft Expandable Homes at either end of the building connected via two steel link modules.

  • Interior Floor - The interior boasts 18mm sub-flooring with a 2mm PVC top layer, making it resistant to moisture, stains, scratches, and wear. The 2.4m floor-to-ceiling height complies with the National Construction Code within Australia.

  • Kitchen - Designed in the style of a butler’s pantry, this space enhances functionality and organization within the kitchen. It features provisional space for a dishwasher, fridge and oven, making meal preparation and clean-up effortless. Overhead cabinetry provides ample storage for kitchen essentials, while dedicated shelving cabinetry keeps pantry items neatly arranged. This layout ensures a clutter-free main kitchen, offering both practicality and a modern, streamlined aesthetic.

  • Bathrooms - The container home features two bathrooms, strategically positioned at either end of the connected building for convenience and privacy. The bathrooms consist of a full-width shower with a shower rail and a luxurious rainmaker shower head. A soft-close toilet lid adds sophistication, while a stainless-steel tap and vanity with a mirror complete the elegant and functional space.
  • Walk-In-Robes - The building includes three built-in walk-in robes, each located in the bedrooms for convenient and efficient storage.
  • Bedrooms - The building consists of the 3 spacious bedrooms.
  • Dedicated Laundry - The building includes a designated laundry room, providing a practical and efficient space for washing and drying, separate from the main living areas.

This building must be elevated at least 500mm from the ground to allow access for plumbing underneath.

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
