The 35m² portable Expander has been designed to offer a spacious, stylish, and cost-effective open plan space, complete with a bathroom installed ready to use. The Expander also features a glass side with a glass door, allowing natural light to flood the interior, creating an airy and welcoming atmosphere.

Steel Frame: The Expander boasts a sturdy steel frame, skilfully coated in a stylish dark grey epoxy finish. This not only ensures remarkable durability but also adds a dash of modern sophistication. It's the ideal blend of strength and style, seamlessly fused together.

Flooring: The sub-floor of the portable building is carefully assembled using a 16mm glass magnesium board, recognized for its outstanding fire resistance, thermal insulation, and acoustic properties. There's also a durable and visually appealing 2mm wear-resistant vinyl floor covering.

Insulation: The Expander has smart roofing and walls with modern 50mm EPS panels to keep it cosy. With double glazed windows and doors, it saves energy, making your living space comfortable and efficient all year round.

Key Features

Gas Struts

Gas struts provide smooth, controlled movement, reducing the effort required to open and close heavy sections of the building. They enhance convenience and safety by ensuring that the panels stay securely in place when open, preventing accidental slamming or damage.

Complete Bathroom

The building comes with a fully equipped bathroom, including a vanity, toilet, and full-width shower. However, the building will need to be fitted of by a qualified plumber.

Non-Migratory Cable

Non-migratory cables are designed to prevent the migration of materials, such as insulating substances, especially under extreme conditions like fire or environmental stress. This feature is crucial for enhancing fire safety, as it prevents the spread of hazardous fumes, flames, or toxic substances in the event of a fire. All our electrical parts are registered with the Electrical Equipment Safety Scheme (EESS).

Aluminium Fly Screens

The building comes with aluminium flyscreens, providing an effective solution for keeping insects out while allowing fresh air to circulate. Lightweight and durable, these flyscreens are designed to fit securely over windows and vents, offering long-lasting protection with minimal maintenance

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
