A versatile open-plan portable building ideal for various purposes such as a home office, accommodation unit, or lunchroom.

Description

A versatile building constructed from structural steel and 75mm EPS panels. Built from the ground up with a magnesium subfloor concrete composite, topped with a 2mm vinyl timber pattern (available in either grey or brown). The 75mm EPS wall panels provide excellent insulation and structural integrity. For buildings ordered with cladding the EPS panels are reduced to 60mm thickness, with 15mm cladding, giving an overall thickness of 75mm. This building comes with an internal ceiling height of 2.4m.

Featuring double-glazed awning panels, offering panoramic views with pull-down blinds and flyscreens. The glass sliding entry door features a smooth gliding mechanism allows for effortless operation, enabling seamless access to the interior with just a gentle push or pull.

The bathroom comes with a soft-flushing toilet, shower, vanity basin and mixer tap.

We also offer this Cabin in a 2.24m ceiling height in an open plan option.

The building must be installed a minimum 500mm above ground allowing enough access for a plumber to connect fittings.
