Unlike the original Spacee, the Designer range includes square internal walls, floor-to-ceiling glazing and a full bathroom layout.

Description:

The 4m Designer Spacee is a refined evolution of the original Spacee pod.

Designed with architectural intent, this model replaces curved internal walls with clean square wall to floor junctions, allowing furniture to sit flush and maximising usable floor space. Floor-to-ceiling double-glazed glass on both ends creates natural light, openness and visual impact rarely seen in modular pods of this size.

One of the standout upgrades in the Designer range is the full-size bathroom layout. Instead of a combined wet bathroom like those in the original Spacee, the Designer Spacee features a separate shower, toilet and vanity, creating a far more functional and comfortable space for everyday use. Premium finishes such as marble-look wall panels, a dual shower system and tiled flooring elevate the bathroom beyond typical modular accommodation.

The exterior features a gloss white fibreglass shell paired with black aluminium framing and architectural WPC decorative screening included as standard. The screens are available in brown or black, with black typically selected to complement the window and door framing.
