Description
The Utility is a modern laundry room with a twist. Designed with convenience in mind, featuring an L-shaped kitchen complete with an engineered stone with zero silica (test certificate supplied), overhead cabinetry, a built-in sink, and provisional space for a dishwasher, fridge and stove. Opposite the L-shaped kitchenette, a full-width stone benchtop with a built-in sink that provides space underneath for a washing machine and dryer, making it the ideal laundry area.
A separate entry door leads to the bathroom, which is equipped with a soft-flushing toilet, shower, vanity basin, mixer tap, mirror, and storage cabinetry. A sleek, modern, marble-like shower panel adds to the overall aesthetics, ensuring a blend of functionality and style.
Please Note: the toilet, kitchen and vanity waste is plumbed through the side of the building, along with the inlets. The shower waste is plumbed underneath the building meaning that the building will need to be elevated (approx. 500mm) in order to allow access for plumbing.

Unique Design
The utility includes a mini kitchenette with a sink and cabinets. There is also a benchtop at the end of the room with a sink and provisional space for two machines and a fridge.
Bathroom
The bathroom comes with a soft-flushing toilet, shower, vanity basin, mixer tap, mirror and a storage cabinetry. Featuring a sleek and modern marble like shower panel that adds to the overall aesthetics.
Pre-plumbed
The building comes pre-plumbed with the toilet and vanity waste plumbed through the side of the building, along with the inlets. The shower and kitchen waste is plumbed underneath the building meaning that the building will need to be elevated (approx. 500mm) in order to allow access for plumbing.
Kitchenette
Featuring sleek stone benchtops with 0% silica, a stainless steel sink and chrome fittings. Each kitchen is equipped with both base and overhead cabinetry for maximum storage and style.
Exterior Lights
The 6m Utility comes with two modern, energy-efficient LED wall light, adding style and practicality to your space while creating a cozy ambiance.

Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid/Semi-Trailer
Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
