Description

The 35m² portable Expander has been designed to offer a spacious, stylish, and cost-effective open plan space, complete with a bathroom kit. One side of the Expander features a stunning glass wall, allowing natural light to flood the space and providing a seamless connection with the outdoors

Please note: the bathroom is supplied as a kit and must be installed by the customer.

Kit inclusions - 900x900 corner shower base, curved shower glass screen doors, shower wall panels, shower rail and head, toilet, vanity unit with stone top and mixer.

Steel Frame: The Expander boasts a sturdy steel frame, skilfully coated in a stylish dark grey epoxy finish. This not only ensures remarkable durability but also adds a dash of modern sophistication. It's the ideal blend of strength and style, seamlessly fused together.

Flooring: The sub-floor of the portable building is carefully assembled using a 16mm glass magnesium board, recognized for its outstanding fire resistance, thermal insulation, and acoustic properties. There's also a durable and visually appealing 2mm wear-resistant vinyl floor covering.

Insulation: The Expander has smart roofing and walls with modern 75mm EPS panels to keep it cosy. With double glazed windows and doors, it saves energy, making your living space comfortable and efficient all year round.

Transport

Crane Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
