Steel Frame
The Expander boasts a sturdy steel frame, skilfully coated in a stylish black epoxy finish. This not only ensures remarkable durability but also adds a dash of modern sophistication. It's the ideal blend of strength and style, seamlessly fused together.
Flooring
The flooring system combines 3mm anti-slip, wear-resistant soft PVC with a 20mm fireproof board sub-floor for a safe, durable and easy-to-maintain finish.
Colours
Black Epoxy Steel Frame, Black Aluminium Windows and Black Frame Door.
Insulation
The Expander has smart roofing and walls with modern 50mm EPS panels to keep it cosy. With double glazed windows and doors, it saves energy, making your living space comfortable and efficient all year round.
Gas struts are also attached to the roof of the folded building, assisting with the unfolding process. These gas struts can then be removed once the building has been unfolded.

Key Features
Gas Struts
Gas struts provide smooth, controlled movement, reducing the effort required to open and close heavy sections of the building. They enhance convenience and safety by ensuring that the panels stay securely in place when open, preventing accidental slamming or damage.
Complete Bathroom
The building comes with a fully equipped bathroom, including a vanity, toilet, and full-width shower. However, the building will need to be fitted of by a qualified plumber.
Non-migratory Cable
Pre-wired system using non-migratory sheathing to prevent cable degradation caused by reactions with insulated panels. Purple sheathing ensures material stability. All electrical components comply with EESS certification standards.
Aluminium Fly Screens
The building comes with aluminium flyscreens, providing an effective solution for keeping insects out while allowing fresh air to circulate. Lightweight and durable, these flyscreens are designed to fit securely over windows and vents, offering long-lasting protection with minimal maintenance.
Rain Sill
The entry door is equipped with a rain sill to prevent rainwater from dripping into the interior. This feature directs water away from the doorframe, ensuring that it doesn't seep inside or cause damage to the flooring or walls.
Adjustable Feet
The building features adjustable feet allowing for easy levelling and stabilisation on uneven surfaces. These feet can be raised or lowered to ensure the structure is properly aligned, providing a secure and balanced foundation.

Transport
Crane
Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt-Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away
Rigid Truck/Semi Trailer
Customer is required to organise a forklift unload or crane unload
