Built using a steel frame that has been epoxy treated and acrylic painted ensuring long-lasting resilience against corrosion and wear, providing a sturdy foundation for the entire structure of the fold-out home. The Walls use 75mm EPS sandwich panels and the roof uses 50mm EPS panels.
Featuring a glass and lockable aluminium entry door, ensuring security while welcoming natural light. Aluminium double-glazed windows with fly screens provide ventilation and insulation, complementing the modern aesthetic.
The roof comes with glass-wool insulation and galvanised, painted steel, guaranteeing optimal temperature regulation and protection against the elements. Additionally, 75mm EPS sandwich panels contribute to energy efficiency and thermal comfort, creating a cosy living environment. The water and insect-resistant magnesium concrete composite floor ensures stability and resilience and comes with a timber-looking PVC vinyl covering.
In the kitchen, soft-closing cabinets and overhead cabinets offer ample storage space, while a stainless-steel sink and tap.
The bathroom features a full-width shower with a shower rail, rainmaker shower head, and frosted privacy glass door, while the soft-close toilet lid adds a touch of luxury. Completing the bathroom ensemble is a sink with a stainless-steel tap and a vanity with a mirror.
The internal floor to ceiling height is 2.4m.

Pitched Roof
The Superior range features a 10-degree pitched roof that improves water drainage, prevents leaks, and adds a modern look to your home. The pitched roof options allows for a 2.4m internal ceiling. The gable roof comes flat-packed inside the building and must be assembled and installed by the customer or a qualified tradesperson.
Non-migratory Cable
Pre-wired system using non-migratory sheathing to prevent cable degradation caused by reactions with insulated panels. Purple sheathing ensures material stability. All electrical components comply with EESS certification standards.
Roof Eaves
The roof’s overhanging edges protect against the elements, shielding walls, doors, and windows from rain and sun while directing water away to prevent moisture build-up and damage.
Equipped Bathroom
A fully equipped bathroom designed for convenience and style, featuring a toilet, shower, mirror, cabinetry, and a sleek vanity. Optional washing machine space
Bathroom Pre-plumbed
The bathroom is pre-plumbed; however, additional plumbing might be necessary depending on the building. The building must be elevated at least 500mm off the ground.

Truck self unloads with own crane. Reach is usually 2m-6m from side of the truck’s tray from where it can park, set up and safely unload
Tilt Tray
The truck carefully slide unloads the building to the rear of the truck. Manoeuvrability and access around the site is essential, the truck requires 10-15m in a straight line to slide unload and drive away

Pitched Roof
Overview
Due to the flat 2400mm floor to ceiling height the pitched roof (supplied) must be installed on the Expander to help prevent want run off. Additionally it contributes to the thermal insulation values of the Expander
